The 2600mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 120 minutes of continuous cleaning time. When the battery runs low, the G20 automatically returns to its charging dock. Can the G20 clean both carpets and hard floors effectively?

Yes, the G20 works on multiple surface types including tile, wood, low-pile carpet and marble floors. The brushless motor provides strong suction for carpets whilst the mopping function works on hard surfaces. The unit automatically adjusts between vacuuming and mopping modes depending on the surface type, though the mopping function is most effective on hard floors.

What smartphone features are available through the app?

The smartphone app connects via 2.4GHz WiFi and allows you to schedule cleaning sessions, adjust cleaning modes, monitor battery status and track cleaning progress. You can start or stop cleaning remotely, set specific cleaning times and receive notifications when cleaning is complete or if the unit encounters issues.
