The auto-empty station holds up to 7 weeks of debris in its 2.5-litre dust bag. The exact duration depends on your home size, cleaning frequency and amount of dirt collected. Homes with pets or high foot traffic may require more frequent bag changes. The app will notify you when the bag needs replacing.

Can the Q7 Max+ clean multiple floors automatically?

Yes, the multi-level mapping function automatically recognises up to four different floors. The robot stores individual maps for each level, remembering room layouts, furniture positions and cleaning preferences. You can manually carry the robot between floors and it will identify which map to use based on its surroundings.

What's the difference between the 30 water flow levels?

The 30 water flow levels allow precise water control for different floor types and cleaning needs. Lower levels work well for sealed hardwood or laminate floors that require minimal moisture. Higher levels are suitable for tiles or heavily soiled areas that need more thorough mopping. The app lets you adjust flow levels for individual rooms.

How does the rubber brush compare to traditional bristle brushes?
