The 5-litre dust bag typically needs replacing every 4 months with regular use. The clean water tank holds 5 litres and dirty water tank holds 4.2 litres. Most users refill the clean water weekly and empty the dirty water tank at the same time. The app sends notifications when maintenance is required.

Can the RS20 Pro clean both carpets and hard floors in one session?

Yes, the robot automatically detects carpet and adjusts its cleaning method. On carpets, it increases suction power to maximum 7200Pa and lifts the mop pads to prevent wetting.
