How long does the battery last and what happens when it runs low?

The 5200mAh battery provides up to 210 minutes of continuous cleaning time. When the battery level drops to around 20%, the robot automatically returns to its charging dock. Once fully recharged, it can resume cleaning from where it left off if the cleaning cycle wasn't completed. The charging time is approximately 4-5 hours for a full charge.

Can this robot vacuum clean both carpets and hard floors effectively?

Yes, the M3 Max is designed for multi-surface cleaning. It automatically adjusts suction power when moving between different floor types. On carpets, it uses Carpet Boost Mode for enhanced suction, whilst the mop automatically lifts 9mm to protect carpet fibres. On hard floors, the dual-turbo mops spin at 200 RPM for deep cleaning.
