The lithium-ion battery provides 150 minutes of continuous cleaning time on a full charge. Charging time from empty to full takes approximately 3-4 hours. The robot automatically returns to its charging base when the battery runs low and resumes cleaning once recharged if needed.

Can this robot vacuum work on both carpets and hard floors?

Yes, the Q10S works effectively on hard wooden floors, low-pile carpets, tiles and marble surfaces. It can navigate over rugs up to 1.3cm thick and automatically adjusts suction power based on the surface type. The 4000Pa suction handles pet hair and debris on different floor materials.

How does the mopping function work and do I need special cleaning solutions?

The mopping feature uses a water tank that you fill with clean water. The mop pad attaches where the brushes normally sit and the robot dispenses water as it moves. You don't need special cleaning solutions - plain water works effectively. The water flow is controlled through the app.
