Tcl Robot Vacuum Cleaner

The 2700Pa suction power effectively removes pet hair from both carpets and hard floors. The four adjustable power levels let you increase suction for stubborn pet hair while the cartridge filter system captures allergens. However, the roller brush may require regular cleaning if you have heavy-shedding pets, as hair can wrap around the brush mechanism.

Yes, the laser navigation system operates independently of room lighting conditions. The laser scanner rotates 6 times per second, creating detailed room maps using distance measurements rather than visual recognition. This means the vacuum cleans effectively in complete darkness, under furniture and in dimly lit areas.

The TCL Home app provides PIN-AND-GO functionality for customised area cleaning. You can select specific zones on the map for targeted cleaning and set no-go zones to avoid certain areas. The app also allows scheduled cleaning for different rooms at various times throughout the week.

Battery life varies based on suction level and floor type. On quiet mode with hard floors, you'll get close to the full 120 minutes. Higher suction levels and carpet cleaning reduce runtime to approximately 90-100 minutes. The vacuum automatically returns to charge when battery drops to 20% and resumes cleaning afterwards.

The laser navigation system helps avoid most obstacles, but if the vacuum becomes stuck, it will attempt to reverse and find an alternative route. If unsuccessful after several attempts, it will stop and send an alert to your phone through the app. You can then manually relocate it or clear the obstruction.

The Sweeva 6500BK handles low to medium-pile carpets effectively with its 2700Pa suction. The vacuum can transition smoothly between hard floors and carpets. However, very thick or high-pile carpets may reduce cleaning efficiency and battery life due to increased resistance.

The dustbin capacity requires emptying after 2-3 cleaning sessions in average homes. Pet owners or homes with high dust levels may need more frequent emptying. The app provides maintenance reminders and you'll notice reduced suction when the bin becomes full.

Yes, the TCL Home app supports multiple user accounts for the same vacuum. Family members can download the app and be granted access to control the vacuum, view cleaning maps and receive notifications. The primary account holder manages user permissions and can revoke access if needed.
